02 / What we solve

One studio.
Full spectrum.

We design the brand, build the product, and ship the deck. One integrated team means no agency handoffs and no vision lost in translation.

01

MVP Design & Development

Mobile (Flutter, React Native), web (Next.js, React), backend (Node, Python). Fintech rails integrated: Paystack, Flutterwave, Mono, Okra, BVN/NIN verification.

Best for / Founders pre-launch with a validated idea
02

Brand Identity Systems

Naming, mark, palette, type system, voice and tone, brand guidelines. Not wallpaper, but a system that scales with the product.

Best for / Teams that need to look as serious as they are
03

Marketing & Product Websites

High-craft landing pages, marketing sites, product sites built for conversion and investor optics. The site is the first product.

Best for / Founders preparing to raise or launch publicly
04

Product Design

Research, UX, UI, prototyping, design systems, motion design. Design that works in the hand, not just in the deck.

Best for / Teams building consumer-facing products
05

Investor Pitch Materials

Decks, one-pagers, financial model visual layer, demo videos. The story matters as much as the build.

Best for / Founders entering a raise
06

Fractional Product Leadership

Senior design or product judgement on retainer. Embedded in your team rhythms, not a vendor on the side.

Best for / Early-stage teams that just raised

His work has given him a strong understanding of payment infrastructure, banking operations, regulatory requirements, financial-product architecture, and the trust considerations required to build technology for highly regulated industries.

Kelvin has also led product design initiatives within the energy and infrastructure technology sector, designing enterprise platforms, operational dashboards, customer applications, data-management systems, and digital tools used to simplify complex workflows. His experience spans product strategy, user research, systems thinking, interaction design, design systems, web development, product validation, and cross-functional delivery.

As Founder and CEO of Lynexa Innovations Limited, Kelvin leads the company’s vision of building practical, human-centred technology solutions for Africa and other emerging markets. He oversees multidisciplinary teams across product design, software engineering, project management, business development, and emerging technology, guiding products from early-stage research and concept development through architecture, MVP execution, market positioning, and commercial readiness.

Under his leadership, Lynexa is developing a portfolio of technology ventures across fintech, mobility, legal technology, property technology, artificial intelligence, and digital productivity. These include Zengly, a social-finance and lifestyle fintech platform designed to make everyday financial interactions more intuitive and culturally relevant; Swiftly, a transport and ticketing platform focused on seamless mobility across Africa; and other ventures addressing access to professional services, property transactions, career development, and enterprise automation.

Kelvin’s approach combines the discipline of financial systems engineering with the empathy of human-centred design and the commercial mindset of a startup operator. He is particularly focused on developing products that respond to real African behaviours and market realities while meeting the standards required for security, compliance, scalability, investment, and institutional adoption.

Through Lynexa, Kelvin works with founders, organisations, and product teams to clarify ideas, design compelling digital experiences, develop market-ready solutions, and position promising ventures for sustainable growth, strategic partnerships, and institutional investment.

The studio thesis

Our overarching vision is to nurture and scale early-stage ideas into highly investable $100M tech startups. We operate as a high-conviction partner, combining senior engineering talent, premium product design, and strategic venture architecture to compress product development cycles by up to 40%.

The studio exists because building a startup should not require five vendors and three months of “discovery.” We believe one integrated team, with senior judgement at every touchpoint, compresses both time and risk.

06 / Credibility

Senior judgement.
Measurable momentum.

Fintech-first and Africa-fluent. Built by people who understand Paystack, Flutterwave, BVN, NIBSS, and what actually moves money in this market.

Frequently asked

Clarity before commitment.

Why 7 weeks? Is that enough to build a real product?+

Yes. 7 weeks is the sweet spot for a pre-seed/seed MVP. We spend Week 1 discovering and Week 2 designing, which cuts out scope creep. Weeks 3–6 are dedicated to parallel build tracks where our senior team develops the live MVP, brand assets, site, and deck simultaneously. Week 7 is scale preparation. This rapid speed is only possible because we have zero junior developers and zero handoff lag.

What frontend and backend technology stack do you build on?+

We default to modern, scalable industry standards. For web MVPs, we use React and Next.js. For mobile apps, we build native-cross-platform using Flutter or React Native. Our backends are engineered with Node.js, Python, or Go, and deployed securely to AWS or Google Cloud. We integrate fintech rails (Paystack, Flutterwave, Mono, Okra) and security verification protocols (BVN/NIN, NIBSS) natively.

Who owns the IP and codebase after handoff?+

You do. 100%. Upon final engagement delivery, we hand over clean GitHub repositories, design tokens, raw Figma kits, and deck files. The intellectual property is fully transferred to your company. We also provide handover documentation so any incoming CTO or developer team can step in immediately without friction.

Do we sign an NDA before sharing ideas?+

Absolutely. We respect founder confidentiality. Before our initial deep-dive or scoping calls, we are happy to sign a standard mutual NDA to protect your proprietary ideas and market insights.

Do you help with fundraising and investor pitching?+

Yes, it is built directly into our full method. We don’t just build the product; we design the visual layer of your financial models, craft your investor deck, and assist in coaching your narrative presentation. We build the story alongside the software.
